Star Fleet Warlord is played on an area of 25,600 hexes.
Each player attempts to take over what's known as a quadrant with up to 50 Corps (players) attempting to take control and stop you in your tracks.
Your goal will be aided by the ships you will be able to purchase from about 15 races within the game. These include Romulans, Klingons, Kzinti,Hegemony and of course The United Federation of Planets. With over a Hundred different kinds of ships to choose from finding the write mix of Small, Large and Fast ships is paramount to becoming the most powerful force in the Quadrant. Growing stronger and faster than the other players and hitting them where it hurts.

New games start about every 2-3 Months with the average game lasting between 20 and 30 turns.
Unlike some other PBM games as your turn sheet grows turn fee stay the same through out the game whether you have 1 or 100 ships!
